Website Design & Build

RM1,000 — One-off
  • Up to 8 pages — custom design, mobile-ready, search-friendly out of the box.
  • Marketing sites only. We don't build blog or content-publishing sites (no posts, categories, archives, or feeds).
  • Code is yours on payment. No contracts, no lock-in. Handed over via Git or zip.
  • No deposit. Payment due in full on delivery. Payment marks project completion.
  • After delivery, the design phase is done — from there we move into the optional content updates phase.
  • Domain — you pay for it, but we can manage it for you.
  • Once payment is in, we connect your domain and take the site live.
  • Out of scope: copywriting, photography, illustration, e-commerce, member logins, backend systems.

Hosting & Content Updates

RM1,000 — Per year
  • Optional add-on — you can host the site anywhere. The code is yours either way.
  • Managed hosting with free SSL, custom domain support, and fast CDN-backed delivery.
  • Hosting cost may vary — the listed price reflects current third-party hosting service rates. If your hosting provider's pricing changes, we'll pass that change through and let you know in advance.
  • Unlimited minor content updates — text edits, image swaps, contact details, blog posts.
  • Major changes (new pages, redesigns, new features, integrations) are quoted separately.
  • Renews yearly, billed in advance. We send a reminder 30 days before.
  • Cancel anytime — we give 14 days notice and your latest code so you can move providers.
